About Alexandra
I recently graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor's degree in social work. In the fall of 2009, I will begin my graduate studies in Master's-level social work at the University of Pittsburgh. I plan to work in adoption services.
I have chosen to go on this volunteer trip with Global Volunteers so that I can combine my passions: service, travel, and children. I truly believe that a small gesture can go a long way, and I hope that the children I serve in Romania will benefit from my efforts.
